Ever since Jay started his own music, I've seen him grow over the years. How he improve in every aspect and I couldn't be any more prouder watching him do what he loves to do and damn, he's killing it! He's someone who started from the bottom and now that he started his movement, he's still the great and respectful man we all know. The gentlemen that he's always been. The man who inspired us to never stop chasing our dreams just because of the failures we experienced along the way. The same man who showed us that there's nothing impossible with passion, hard work, and faith. The same man who treasure and love his family, friends, fans so damn much. And most of all, the same man who never steps on someone else's light just so his light would shine brighter. He's the same but this time, he's MORE. Same with his upcoming album, Everything You Wanted. I bought some of the tracks that had been released as a single and none of them disappointed me. I've also listened to the teasers of the unreleased tracks and the only thing that I was afford to do was stare. I was left speechless at how every track was so damn good. I thought, "Damn, this guy really came a long way." I always believed that in order for you to consider a music as a REAL music, it doesn't only have to sound good, the lyrics only doesn't have to be meaningful. It's not all about those. What makes it real is when it touches not only your heart but your soul and that's what this new music of Jay Park did to me. The whole album is not even out yet but the newest single, Stay With Me, hit hard. The first time I've listened to it, there was something in it that I can't explain and I'll leave it at that. These kind of things aren't meant to be explained. It's meant to be felt and I'm leaving it to you guys to feel it after listening to the track. Listening to the track was enough for Jay to convey his feelings not only through the lyrics of the song but the emotion he had while singing it. You might think I'm biased but I'm not. It was really that good and if you want to find out for yourself then go ahead and buy the album once it's out on the 20th. Now that I'm waiting for the 4th album to be out, my creativity kept on bothering me and I knew it won't go away until I do something about it and I did! I'll call myself stupid if I didn't. What I did wasn't anything special but I always loved playing around with his photos to make something out of it. I'm telling you now, I don't own any of the photos that I'm using. All the copyright goes to Jay. I'm simply doing something both as a fan and an artist to spread the word about his upcoming album. Here are the ones that I came up with for Everything You Wanted.

To my friends and family who knows who I am and how I am, they all know how rare I praise my own work... how rare it is for me to fall in love with my own work. You might take it as I don't love what I do. It's not that. I definitely love what I do and I'm so blessed to be able to find where my passion is. I just don't do self praising. It's not me. I was never that kind of person. I want other people to see my work and for them to judge it. I respect that we all have different preferences. Some might like the same thing I like and some might not. Knowing that, here I am again posting another one of my works. I don't have anything to say about this cover but I just damn love it! I love it so much I can't even remember how many times I posted this. I may love it but I'm confident that I'm not alone on this. Marian, the author herself, love it as much as I do! She had a cover reveal for this and I'm so thrilled to see how her readers fell in love with it as much as we did. I don't know how I came up with this cover. Believe it or not, I really don't. It just happened. Sometimes, there's no other way to explain it but that. Sometimes... you just see a photo then ta-da! Everything comes to place and you can't do anything but just be in awe of the result. This is the case of "My Dutch Billionaire." It's truly an honor to have Marian Tee use this cover. Also, one more thing, this is a trilogy so that means there are still 2 more covers from the same series. And yes, it will be the same style. If you fell in love with this cover, I'm pretty sure you'd love to see the 2nd and 3rd cover! Expect the trilogy to be out within the month. Who wouldn't love to have this gorgeous on their shelves, right?! I know we all do! I'm not sure when Marian would release it in paperback but whenever that would be, I'll be one of the first people to place an order! Title: My Dutch Billionaire Series Name&Number: My Dutch Billionaire Part One Author: Marian Tee Subscribe to her newsletter to know once the book goes live I was fourteen, he was twenty-eight.
I was a failure and the black sheep in my family. He was the Dutch billionaire every girl wanted to marry. I wanted him to be mine, but he was dating my older sister. And so I tried to forget. I tried to stop loving him. I tried, but it just kept hurting until I realized that nothing would work. Nothing…except learning how to live without Willem de Konigh. This is Book 1 of Willem and Serenity’s love story. Surely, I've been too busy working for the past few months that I haven't had a break. I thought it won't be until the end of the year before I get one but unexpectedly it wasn't! Most of my friends know how much I love traveling but only outside the Philippines. Why? Firstly, it's because it's hot. Secondly, I feel safer in other countries that I usually visit, which is Hong Kong and Singapore - being the country that I consider my second home. I know, it doesn't make any sense. I hate hot weather and yet I'm talking mostly about Singapore. I fell in love with the place, that's all. And let's admit it, Singapore is safer than Philippines specially for someone like me who loves to travel alone. If I'm not traveling alone, going around Philippines isn't a bad idea at all! It's such a beautiful country so why not, right? Honestly, I can't remember the last time I traveled inside the country. It's been so long. Now that I had an unexpected vacation, I'm very happy that I did and that I was with my friends! I'm thankful to them for inviting me although I didn't really agree at first. It's mainly because of my work. Now that I got the chance to visit Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur, I felt so darn happy that I decided to go! We went to a lot of places including Vigan but I have to give it to Paoay, Ilocos Norte. I know most people who got the chance to visit Ilocos would wonder why I didn't like Vigan more. I guess, it's because I wasn't able to explore it as much as I wanted to. I wasn't able to enjoy it as much as I wanted despite the fact that it was the one that I was looking forward to the most. It's all thanks to the weather that day. It was raining so we weren't able to enjoy Vigan. I didn't even get to take a single photo! So it only means one thing. I have to go back! For me, Paoay is such a beautiful place and indeed, I fell in love with the place. It's hot yes but if you ask me, it's worth it. The beauty you'll see is definitely worth it. I've never been in a place with such beautiful clouds in my life. Every time I look at the sky, it's as if it was painted by God. Do feel free to share it but please do not remove the watermark as a sign of respect to the photographer(me) Believe it or not, the two photos above are the raw files. Yes, you got it right! It's the original photo that I took. No filter. No enhancements. No editing. You don't need to use a filter or edit your photos to get that perfect photo that you wanted. The place is that beautiful!
I've checked all the photos I took while we were there and I have to admit majority of them are beautiful! Not because I took it beautifully or what but it's the place itself. If you're into photography, Paoay is indeed one of the places you have to visit! If you're not into photography, it still is a great place to go. Why? It's because their foods are delicious! Give it a try. Who knows you might end up falling in love with the place like I did! Recently, I've been very busy working on book covers but whenever I find some time, I always play around with random stuff.
And as someone who really inspired me, I made something simple for Chacha for his birthday this year. Thankfully, I was able to take some time off my busy work schedule and was able to create these two. I was really happy how it looked and I have to say, it turned out better than expected. Honestly, I don't know if he had seen this or not especially when a lot of people all over the world greeted him on his special day. He really deserve the love! Whether he did see this or not is not the important thing here. What's important is, I'm happy to make something for this guy. He really deserve the support, love and most of all, respect. I have to admit, I did enjoy working on these two cover arts. It's already late but again, Happy Happy Happy Happy Birthday Chacha! I'm definitely looking forward to more of your music and thank you for always sharing them with us. Not just your music but as well as your art. Thanks for letting us enjoy them! You're a really talented guy. Definitely looking forward to your upcoming album! Photo credits of Chacha © AOMG official website Listen to Chacha's works on Soundcloud.
